Yesterday’s mini‑retreat was such a gift. I learned so much about my posture and flow, but more importantly, I felt supported to slow down, breathe, and move in a way that actually suits my body. The Yoga Nidra at the end was deeply restful ,I floated home.

The whole session had a gentle, nurturing energy, and I’m really grateful for the care and attention that went into it.

I have just had the most fantastic day with Ruth at her summer workshop. I really enjoyed the Ruth’s tutorials and breakdown of the sun salutation sequence. This has never been explained to me before and now I feel more confident in my practice. I hope you continue the seasonal workshops. Thank you once again xxxxx love Pamela xxxx

I attended Ruth Mini Summer Retreat this afternoon and it was absolutely fantastic. Ruth's guidance and explanations were exceptional, the breathwork she taught us made so much sense which then made the moves flow better for me. The time just flew by, I could happily have spent another few hours in her company! Thank you Ruth for the time and effort you clearly put into your teaching, it really shows just how passionate and committed you are to sharing your knowledge.
