Amazing class with Ruth- she ensured everyone felt comfortable throughout the class and pushed us to try new things. Great physical workout whilst also feeling relaxed by the end. I will definitely be back!

Another excellent session with Ruth. It is always interesting and challenging to work on the practice in these sessions. Novel twist with the metal music too! Learning is at lots of levels not just yoga.

First time to Metal Yoga and when Ruth uttered the words "balance" then "core" I was tempted to grab my mat and slink back out the door! The class was fantastic. Ruth's style of teaching inspires confidence with fun and whilst I wobbled furiously and still haven't found my core, I'll be back on my mat full of hope for improvement next week 😂
